Our Long Lasting Fight With the Government to get a land to provide quality and free education to students.

The founder with the sole intention of expanding the institution had applied for a site from the government. The government was pleased to sanction site measuring 60×40 meter considering the Antecedent of the institution. Later the Police department Claimed the ownership of the site; The Police department had recommended the deputy commissioner Mysore to cancel the allotment of the site, alloted to the institution.

The deputy commissioner recommended for cancellation of government order. Aggrieved the institution filed a writ petition at the Honourable High court of Karnataka against the cancellation of the government order.

The Karnataka High court was pleased to order maintain a Status quo to both the parties, Later the police department approached the high court and pleaded for the cancellation of the Status quo. High Court then issued the direction to the commissioner to hold Enquiry and submit the report regarding the ownership of the site in question; The authorities submitted that the land in question belongs to police department hence the order allowing the site to the institution to be canceled.

Aggrieved the institution submitted before the court that the institution is struggling to get the site from 1982 and the error is committed by the corporation by recommending the allotment of the site to the institution and the government intern allowing the site during 1992 and hence the institution need site for expansion of the school. Considering our request, the Honourable high court of Karnataka passed orders directing the government to allot Alternate site to the institution in 2006

The Karnataka High court Issued direction to the Government of Karnataka to Allot alternate site to the institution considering the previous government order and the resolution of the city corporation Mysore.

The Institution submitted the request to the government along with the Honourable high court orders seeking an alternate site to the institution. Now the government of Karnataka has sanctioned in 2017 Alternate site at Devaraj Mohalla Mysore Adjacent to Dhobhi Ghat measuring 1080 sq meter For a Sum of rupees 49,80,000; The Institution need to pay this amount to the city corporation Mysore and obtain possession of this site.


The High Court Order Issued In 2006
